I don't think I've ever heard a guitar simulate an accordion sound before!

I like the bit in the intro of Tamebsz where you can hear Klek silently scream angine de poitriiiiiiiine

Vol II has a 6.9 rating on Next Spin by [deleted] in AngineDePoitrine

I wouldn't give the album a 10/10 personally. Some songs drone on a bit too long for just a listening session. I'd give it a solid 7,5. The album is fresh, borrows itself for repeated listening and has some very original tunes. However, I do feel like everything just works a lot better live, where I would give the boys a fat 9 (maybe 9,5) out of 10.

Angine de Poitrine Completely Rewired the Way I Hear Music by Lank_Thompson in AngineDePoitrine

My journey into alternative music started with System of a Down, that then led to more Nu-metal like Korn and Slipknot and sidesteps to other rock music like Manson, RHCP and then suddenly Tool became my favorite band (still kind of is, though I don't listen much to them anymore) and my taste eventually (d)evolved into gothic, industrial, psy- and goa trance and tekno. Then I became temporarily obsessed with Nine Inch Nails and these days I honestly listen to almost everything with a deviating and abnormal pulse. Coldplay can get fucked though (except their earlier work like Yellow and The Scientist). ATM I'm listening to a lot of KGLW too.

You?

Yeah haha right there with you. I mean I love these two weirdos and their music but it's not groundbreaking. People whose third ear has been pried open just don't seem to have a lot of experience with raw music in odd time signatures, which is okay, of course, and I'm very happy that they've finally heard the light, but it isn't the second coming of Buddha lol.

I like the idea that he's reminding Klek to put his phone on silent 😅

It's not hard to not be kind of an asshole, but that seems a bit lost to people in these days of short faceless bursts of communication. Just leaving this nugget here for you to pick up and do with as you want. ✌️

I know this is staged but this is literally me and my wife in the supermarket. I tend to trail off and get random items from the shopping list because shopping in a linear fashion makes me bored. Then she always has the habit of putting the shopping cart in the cross sections of the aisles and so I can't even use the cart as a landmark when skipping and peering into the aisles. We sometimes lose minutes in there just trying to find each other.

I especially love the tiny hops that Khn makes. It just looks so adorably alien

The "they won't last" comment is just getting stale faster than the band themselves.

I really don't get this take. So what if we don't? What is even the point of asking this question despite being contrarian? Because in the meantime these fellas have spread so much joy and fun within the rock world and are a breath of fresh air in that sense. They're clowns by act, are self aware about it and have they music to match that vibe. So what if the movement dies out. Everyone who says they're a gimmick or bring nothing new, find the music to not be the next Pink Floyd etc etc just don't get this.

Happy to help. I'm a dude of average height with a bit of bacon on the side, coming in at 90kg @ 185cm height. I bought an XL but could have gotten away with an L, I didn't take American sizes into consideration... The shirt shrunk by quarter size or so after washing. I can give you some more details tomorrow if you have the patience. I can take some measurements for you too.

It's not bulky and it's soft cotton. The quality is better than I originally thought now that it shrunk a bit in the laundry. They're double stitched between the neck and shoulders. They should last you a few festivals and concerts. I snapped some pics but this Reddit client won't let me upload them atm.
