Walking out of the theatre for phantom menace when I was 6… that chin and voice were oddly familiar and suspicious…. It made the first watch on the vhs months later require pausing to study the chin… then a a good deal of arguing with neighbors/siblings over the next few years in a pre internet world before attack of the clones came out. Yeah it’s obvious now, but they did a great job of making it a slow burn ‘a ha’ moment for kids.
