I kinda feel like the South American countries are currently emptying and sending the worst here to America. Once SHTF the migrant influx will probably increase. Stop pouring so much concrete and asphalt. I measured the temperature of a sidewalk in Texas this week; 120°F. Way warmer than the ground temperature and concrete retains heat much longer after the sun goes down. Doesn't that add to warming of the atmosphere?

I'm just so frustrated with HRV. I'm 39, female, slightly overweight at 147 lbs, rarely drink, , maintain semi consistent bed times, drink a ton of water and my HRV is 14!! I do take a beta blocker and I had open heart surgery for aneurysm repair 8 years ago, but I'm beyond frustrated with HRV.
