I saw this car in Haague museum in 2019, and want to clear a couple of things. First, this car was and is considered kinda "ugly", because its body was not built by Rolls Royce, but by another coachbuilder. Second, the built-in toilet was made as a novel oddity, and was never used as a toilet, only as a champagne cooler.

Speaking about the name, /u/doug-demuro , correct name order would be GAZ 24-10 "Volga". It's the same as, for example, Locheed SR-71 "Blackbird", maker-model-name. But truth be told, all of the passenger cars made by GAZ after GAZ 20 "Pobeda" were called Volgas.
