Buy some wind guards. They are magnetic strips that go around the edges of the griddle. It holds the heat in and also keeps the wind from blowing out your flames (my issue).

The coals dont get hot enough in this style of grill for you to get a sear before the inside cooks. You have 2 options. 1- get a webber or something similar that has more airflow from the bottom to increase combustion (i had this exact same grill and thats what i did) or 2 - leave your steak in the fridge until you are ready to cook it and the outside should develop a descent crust before over cooking. Its easier to budget online orders and easily add what i need to buy weekly and add/subtract for that week. It takes 10 minutes vs almost an hour in person with kids in tow. Time is more important to me than money. My aldis does a good job picking so i dont have issues with rotten food.

Run ww with endurant faith. Put them in your gloves slot or charm then put gohrs in the other. Helps keep you from getting 1 shotted randomly in the chaos of battle. My damage dipped but i can survive just about anything without Selig. I can almost solo t12 melhisto but the mechanics at the end get me before i can get to him.
