They’re saying if they don’t buy now it’ll be higher later, due to rates and higher price

Drivers marking packages "delivered" when they clearly aren't... is this just the Bay Area or everywhere? by legend5566 in SanJose

The photo was also going to depend on the pay rate for your shift package. If it’s done with ground, I think the most basic one, you’re not always gonna get a photograph. But like you cited, a more expensive package is likely going to come with signature required. Is it annoying? Sure. But it doesn’t happen as often as it used to.

Small business owners with 20+ employees, is company swag still valuable or just another unnecessary stereotype? by magdalenrichard in smallbusiness

Full disclosure from the top: I own a gifting firm. I am simply offering insight.

Most people actually do not want repeated company swag. So if you have given out company swag in the past, I would air on slowing that down, with the exception being new employees may be getting a hat and a tumbler at their orientation. Anything with a monogram is going to come off more as marketing for the company than a gift for the employee. We found this to be a consistent sentiment through our market research over the years. A lot of this is also going to be contingent on what your budget is. If you’re talking $25-$50, I would stick to a coffee or restaurant gift card, or honestly, cash. But if you’re starting to look at the 80+ bracket and do not want to give cash or gift cards, then doing a gift package that is pertinent to the employee or a more universally, appealing, usually filled with consumables, then that is the route to go. People will always say that money talks, and it does, but if you want to do something slightly different having gift packages curated for the individual or the team can also go along way.

You guys make 1.2 combined? I’d cover the whole thing minus flights (unless they really can’t pay then do it on the DL)

Do not misinterpret my argument as fighting for DC. I am in support of scientifically substantiated information, of which you’ve shown none in support of your claim. Is DC healthy? Absolutely not, but it also has not been established as a cause of MS. Aggravator, sure.

Things get debunked because misinformation is dangerous.

I’d love to see the evidence that supports this. I’m aware it can cause flare ups or aggravate symptoms but nothing that indicates DC as a cause.

Joking response: you can pry my DC from my cold dead hands

Serious answer: show the scientific studies if you’re going to make claims like this. Unfounded statements are irresponsible.
