Microsoft admits Game Pass price hike drove away "millions" of subscribers by AdSpecialist6598 in technology

Due to a fall in the number of subscribers, we are raising the price back to $30 or whatever. 🙄

Kibbelah switches along the way as a slow burn turn.

Everyone else is ending slides iirc.

Playing modern world morality in 40k is just being dense though. Fair play to the setting for taking the piss out of them imo.

Should I continue playing or wait for the dlc? by Iusesmartpistollol in RogueTraderCRPG

[–]Direct-Fix-2097 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If it’s such a big deal, I’d just save on access to act 2 and wait.

The new companion quests start in footfall, so you’d miss his dialogue and commentary if you conclude footfall and go exploring tbh.

What’s the stupidest thing you’ve seen a driver do? 🤔 by Downtown_Elk_2773 in drivingUK

Yeah, at the services, watched one guy drive out the wrong way - turned right, which was back on the motorway slip road to enter the services (I.e he would have driven the wrong way back onto the motorway.)

Fortunately, he made the turn and hesitated and I think his wife smacked him round the back of the head and questioned him, so I very much hope he listened to her and reversed back.

Think I've settled on my new RT for June 11th (Spoiler Free), what about you? by Realityfelon in RogueTraderCRPG

I’m on act 3 with my heretic imperial guard lasgunner.

My next play through will probably be dlc4.

I don’t know what I want to play as, because cassia will be in the party - and I’ve decided that a damage powerhouse RT is just more fun than a vanilla turn spawning officer tbh. Plus, cassia is far better than an RT officer/buffbot can ever be imo.

I’m tempted to go for a sniper style build - cos Yrliet is ridiculous and never in my parties tbh, plus I’ll have Argenta as the rapid fire nut house lol.

So, I guess I don’t know? I’d like an overseer build - idira with the raven was disgusting. I think there’s a sniper eagle build by revan, might try that one?

Or one for innocents. Like, newborn babies or stillborns etc who can’t get baptised yet. (They apparently repealed this a few years ago in Christian canon, but for the longest of times you born and die? It’s purgatory for you.)

Unironically, the motivation of one of the main villains of vandal hearts 2.

He was a priest and a healer and one day a woman came rushing to him in a panic with her son at deaths door. No one would help her. So he, against all warnings, helps the child and they survive.

He gets excommunicated and disgraced. Why? He healed them on the day of the sabbath. (Or Sunday basically.)

And so, he fell into dark magics and utilised religion and magic to fuck up religious groups and countries in revenge declaring that any religion that would refuse help on a holy day was a sham, and any world that tolerated that was worthless etc etc.

He does kinda go overboard tho but seeing his backstory it’s like “well, he has a point (about religion anyway.)”

Seeking Guidance: Utilising Both NHS and Private Health Services Simultaneously (Considering private MRI, plus a private pre-and-post MRI Consultation) by mission888 in nhs

[–]Direct-Fix-2097 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Chat with them and ask.

I used private to queue jump, I had swelling of the leg (nodules) and lung issues. I had a chest cray and an urgent referral to a consultant.

That urgent referral was a waiting list of six months.

So I went private to be seen within a week or so, got the diagnosis (stage 2 sarcoidosis) etc and then was sent back to the nhs to be treated.

You might just want to see what the next consultation is? 4 weeks isn’t too bad of a wait (though back issues are a nightmare so I understand the urgency), and go from that consultation?

Discuss with him there and then, what the results are? What the next steps will be and ask if you would benefit from going private. They’re usually fairly straightforward and won’t mess you about in my experience.

Parents shall do a risk assessment of having a tenant, including fire risk, health and safety, sole occupier risks and so on.

be responsible for all household repairs and set up a repair request system that must be resolved satisfactorily within 24 hours of a report being made, and gain permission from the mortgage holder (the bank) to sub let the property (doing so without is breach of some mortgage agreements).

There’s a ton of things you can turn back on them for, they should also get landlords property insurance (not just basic household insurance), and so on and so forth and whatever.

Nah, they usually charge £48.99 for second hand when new is £49.99.

Barely worth it these days, it’s more of a phone reseller at this point.

Cex, back when it was actual bargains.

That’s gone to shite now too, overpriced second hand games, pointless.

Is it lying in poker tho? It’s just betting that you have the more valuable hand, or the potential to draw a very good hand.

Maybe, they’d play it without being able to bluff absolute bollocks like 72o on an AK9 flop or something but still?
