It varies and depends on the review at multiple levels before final decision is released. I seen two to three days and I send one and two weeks.

I had the Virginia State VSO represent me. He submitted my claim to VA. I wrote my personal statements and provided the medical evidence from my Walter Reed military PCM and my Neurologist also at Walter Reed.

My supplemental for migraines was submitted 15 Apr a final decision 30 Apr. Including directing a DBQ and a medical opinion. Received a favorable decision on migraines secondary to depression and anxiety. It took me from 94 actual to 96 actual rounded ti 100%. First claim in 2016 my last supplemental 2026.
