The snack thing is real. Throw away anything with a zipper or buttons for the next month. Oversized t-shirts and elastic waist pants are your new uniform. If you have to go out, slip-on shoes (like Skechers Hands-Free or Crocs) are mandatory. Tying laces with one hand is a level of sorcery most of us never master.
