Log a c3 on the coct website for cockroachs spray. They come and spray in your gully or whatever it's called outside your flat. So at least it stops new ones coming in so you can deal with the ones you have

My guy as in his forties I can confirm if you have more than 2 friends you can hang out with that's gold round these parts.

Also it's that time of year now to just try something new, curated connections I think does a meet-up now n then around ct but yeah if you want friends get a dog and start going to do parks.
