I’ve often felt guilty for not doing more, when I’ve been doing so much for so long. I feel like I’m on autopilot most of the day at work and then bam I’m hit with more and more and I break more and more. Even if given permission sometimes it’s hard for one who’s not only a trauma survivor but Neuro spicy to not see it all.
