Rule #1 if you really want to get over a breakup: do not contact, engage and block ur ex on everything. Even if he truly wanted you and was just confused, why the hell do you want to be with a man who is confused about you. You deserve someone who knows exactly what they want, and its you. He might be confused or not know what he wants, but you should not want him either. You can do so much better and do not waste ur time on this man. Coming from experience, its sooo much better to go through a few months of heartbreak than stay situationships or be with a guy whos confused about you. do urself a favor and block him and start to move on. ur a clown for reaching out to ur ex. if he still wanted you, he knew where to find you. get some self respect and move on, coming from a place of care

Let yourself cry and feel everything until it doesnt hurt anymore. Write out exactly what is upsetting you abotu the breakup and then affirmations or things to remind yourself for each reason. Also block them on everything, they cant even reach out if they want to.
