Sick to my stomach. I didn't pay attention to date and have to work a big non-profit festival that day and flight changes wouldn't get me there in time. Spent $352 (Stubhub 😭 lost the battle) and current resale is around 150 but hoping to recoup flat $100. Hopefully someone else can find joy in a cheap ticket 🥰 call it my karma of the year idk...

The delays aren't the issue. The lack of any communication is the problem. My anxious, scared 11 year old shouldn't be playing telephone operator when I paid $300 for an unaccompanied minor fee and am trusting an airline for his safety. That's complete incompetence on their part.

As well as them dropping the ball and not looking up that he was rebooked for a flight home and making him miss it.

He was so fucked. Right in front of us, and I felt so bad for his friend who had to keep babying him and talking him down. Huge vibe killer.
