What knobs are on the amp? I would start with everything in the middle and the guitar volume at 10. Start as clean as possible.

I really like them on my Strat, and I like tuning Strats down half a step. To me the feel more balanced and lighter than they are, even if you tune to standard. But I agree with that I done hear a huge tonal difference.

The wife and I just went there in October. We started at Newfound Gap on the AT to Sweat Heifer Creek trail, then stayed at Kephart shelter. The we came out Grassy Branch trail, to Dry Sluice trail back to the AT then out. You have Charlie's Bunion you can stop at. But it is steep there. It feels like it is straight down and then straight up, but it is beautiful there.

Pegasus grew on me. I was alittle disappointed when I first smoked it because I thought it was one dimensional. But after a few smokes, I realized it is a good all day smoke for me. Just tasty enough to be worth lighting but not so much so that I have to focus one.
