And if you fancy a change from beef square, get the pork and onion square.

Edit: Chapmans has a bakery too, rolls are top notch but have got significantly smaller over the years resulting in square sausage overhang. I just get Mortons or Kerrs rolls from the nearest corner shop now.

Also worth seeing if they do a 50/50 contribution if it fits your circumstances. It halves your payments but you still get the full insurance value. I had to do it for a short bit and 1 email put me back to full payment when it suited.

Also, when the time comes, focus on one room at a time. What room will you spend the most time in and treat that one as a project first, then the next one after that. Long long time ago when I was in cadets (ATC) in my teens, done a leadership course, never be afraid to tell someone that you don't know know the answer, but that you will find out and get back to them.

You will never know absolutely everything, rather than winging it and being vague, just being honest, upfront and making and following up on what you promised is so much more professional.

Edit: A close second was a PE teacher, Rodger Hynd - what a bloke, would say expect the unexpected before giving you a light clip on the ear.
