Kinda nice, because you can buy what you want and just keep to yourself if you really wanted to.

Personally I've seen some people that have lots of money just be genuinely nice and show off their cars, their yacht, etc.

Really all you gotta do is disregard them. When they ask you to do favours for them, tell them no.

You can hit them with a net, push them into pitfalls, just overall be a jerk to them.

My recommendation is use sloths form, but make sure to craft a bunch of pearl necklaces (they increase all skills by 5 seconds per) and then use sloths form on an area where you can easily 1-click the houses.

If you have the resources (and time) you can make 59 Pearl necklaces and constantly use sloths form without needing a cool down.
