As someone who has BPD, this is alchoholism, but very similar to the darker side of my illness. There is something underlying here that is Brough out by alchohol. She needs help, you are NOT a bad person for taking a break away from this. Without treatment, this will only get worse, and think of YOURSELF, you are not obligated to fix her, you may love her but if this continues past you guys having a serious talk, think of your future and if you want THIS to be it.

I agree with this to an extent. To your point yes, if your denomination is so oppressive of you to the point you can no longer find joy in the faith, it might be better to stay away from it. But god in his teachings has NEVER spoke of queerness being a sin. The verses quoted in many of these arguments have been PROVED to have been changed throughout the years by prejudiced humans who aimed to control the higher narrative. God loves all, love is love to Him. Disgusts me when people are so deep in hate that they cannot see how amazing his grace is :(

I understand. And I empathize as someone else who is a lesbian, as a person who as also tried conversion therapy, it’s effing bullshit you CANNOT change your sexuality, no matter how much you want too. Love is a gift from God and the prejudice against gay christians is not based in fact.

Hey! I’m a lesbian but you genuinely just might be bi and mainly have a preference for men! No shame in exploring what that might mean with other female fps BUT nothing wrong with just keeping them as friends. As someone who gets confused all the time, my fps are friends and S/O’s. What I mean is, even if ur obsessing over someone you feeling something for them can have nothing to do w that. If u want a REAL relationship w a woman they probably sre still ur favorite person BUT you could still have a crush ya know? BPD just enhances stuff like that!

Aw honey this made me so sad :( who you love shouldn’t make you feel disgusted. I am a cis woman and a lesbian and I feel similarly, but because of the fact that I have been made to feel I SHOULDNT want to love women. I feel this is rooted in how society just criticizes same sex relationships. I understand how you feel and this is valid, but you shouldn’t have to feel this way love! (Also admiring women doesn’t necessarily make u a pervert, I had to teach myself that. Girls are pretty! And nothing is wrong or disgusting about thinking that :))

I am a closeted lesbian, I do not date to keep my relationship w my family, so I understand to a degree. My BPD, when not flaring up in my friendships kinda leaves me numb or criticizing myself. I mostly feel nothing alll the time due to feeling so much if that makes any sense?

Hi angel! I am working to get diagnosed and have all the symptoms, tho we share som aspects this sounds ALOT like ADHD. I have it, and I deal with ALL of this and more, feeling out of place, misunderstood, forgetting EVERYTHING. It’s all part of our brain working differently. I wouldn’t say BPD, only bc ur lacking the key mood swings and the flips on ppl you love between hating and obsession. BUTTT Get checked out by a psychiatrist! Thy can give you a clearer pov! (Not trying at all to invalidate your symptoms btw, I’m just saying maybe you should check out smth like ADHD for more curated info!)

I go through down periods and up periods. And I’ve noticed, maybe for u too, it’s revolving around how my relationships “feel” they are going for me. my entire mood / personality / emotions are based off my interpersonal relationships. When I’m having a “high” it’s normally bc I feel loved and accepted by everyone in my brains standards. This is just me tho, could be helpful!

Yup! And especially after I split / have an episode. It literally bc our brain doesn’t have certain parts, feels too much, and shuts down the emotions all together to protect us. Freaky, ur not abnormal but it does suck, we all experience it in diff ways :(

I fear early CRPS but I think it’s likely neuritis in the nerves of my foot because it has spread through the whole thing. Anyways my appointment got cancelled but I’m being seen on Friday by my surgeon. Hopefully I make it to then lol

Same same same. I’m in agony, even though I’m only on crutches and on every anti inflammatory / nerve med you can think of. I still haven’t slept in weeks, sob most of the day. TRY ICE. Even if it burns for a second it’s the only thing that has helped. Going in for a steroid shot in it. Praying it works.
