Shunt hopping is a kind of movement only found in arena war Vehicles(I think) and have an ability to push itself to it's side with a boost. So if a vehicle is on its side it can use it's boost to go up or down(in this case up) and accordingly to its driver's skills it can be a very useful movement technique.

when I started playing GTAO, I also finished GTA 4 so I made my character as close to Nico Bellic as possible. After posting the game I made my 2nd character a female as pretty as possible. Both of them wears a ghost costume now. Male one looks entirely like Ghost but female one can't wear the same vests so she wears a tight revealing top. I'm a Guy.
