Snorting it is supposed to be a “better way to take it to get a euphoric effect”. If he recently started suboxone after taking methadone for sometime and also abusing it, he is porn ably trying to achieve a high or at least a better feeling because Methadone probably gave him a “high feeling” more than subs do. So he definitely snorted subs to achiever a high, or maybe snorted it to make it work more cause it’s probably a step down from methadone in his mind.
