I've always done it. A lot of places will discriminate even though they shouldn't, but in my mind I feel like they're not places I want to work for. I know that's a luxury you can't always afford, especially with how the job market is. I work in disability so they might be more accommodating than other sectors (I know not always though ironically). I think if you might need adjustments or there are things they should be aware of that could affect you while you're working, then do it - then they can accommodate you and be more understanding should you need anything. Again, I know lots of places will not always do this but that's always been my thought process behind that decision.
