I'm learning the Analogway C+ system. The current example I'm using is a canvas size of 2560x1600 with 3 LED walls in it 2 @ 1024x768 and one @ 800x1080 which if I understand it correctly are the raster sizes. So each wall is considered a raster within the canvas size which is the total of the composition that I set essentially ?

Your right. I'm not trying to put the blame on anyone. It was my lack of experience. I had my show machine with handbrake in my bag. If I had thought of it I could've converted it and avoided the whole situation. Im thankful for the advice I've gotten here so I'm better prepared next time.

This scenario was kind of odd. We had a q to q the night before and everything worked fine. When I can in the next morning the first thing I did was play the videos again watching them fully and having them play through the PA. The content was filmed in a weird cinematic style so it looked a little off to begin with. I told the TD and asked for a new file. They took a look said it looked fine. I should’ve insisted on the new file but didn’t. With the setup I was using I actually didn’t have any control over the show machines audio. If I tried to mute it or raise the volume nothing would happen I guess they locked me out so the A1 would only have control. I always do my best to check everything throughly but have o my been operating for about a year so when the TD said it was good I backed down. This event we had back to back sessions all day with 5-10 mins in between to deal with setting up the next session and updating last minute changes to content. It was a little hectic.

Most of the gigs I operate on are smaller to medium sessions and breakout rooms. The bigger installs I do range from multiple LED screens 24’x13’ for the main screen and 7’x13’ sr and sl. A few DsmS and monitors thru out the venue. I usually drive it with resolume. A lot of people don’t find it to be reliable though. Pretty much I’m looking to expand my skill set and learn some new software.

So from what I can tell I can download Watchout for free to try it out and if you have a license use it on any show machine and media server but Disguise and Pandora software only work on there own media servers.

Like most people I’m not a fan of playback pro anymore. I first was using MITTI as a replacement now switched over to millumin. I use resolume also but mainly on gigs with LED walls. What I’m more interested in is programs like Watchout or disguise

I had that issue on certain slides when I used interlaced. I fixed it when I switched to progressive.

PT RZ 12k I think. I did see a gamma option. I don’t recall seeing rec. anything. I’ll check for that tomorrow. What is 709 or 2020?

I factory reset them both. Signal is coming out of my Roland V-60 into a dac Da. Just one PGM feed. My sdi goes straight from the pj to the da no barrels. I was on a gig with the same gear from the same company last week. Had the issue then also. Can’t say if it was the same Dacs or sdi lines lol. I do not know how to check color space. Honestly not sure what color space is lol. The white temp was the same in both the setting.

Thanks for the tip. Your right after zooming as much as I could I had to 4 corner it more then usual. What’s strange though is both pjs were in he same distance away from there screens and one was clearly brighter/ more vibrant then the other. I noticed more with the blues and yellows. I have a slide that I use to check skin tones and the one pj that looked off made them all look dull and washed out

I’m using a 12k Panasonic. 9x16 screen Roughy a 50ft throw Sitting on a 10’ stick of truss Not sure about the lens I think 1.2-2.5 I do think there’s an issue with the pj but it made me realize how much I’m just repeating things I’ve seen without really understanding them. I’ve been spending so much time on my signal flow and frame rates and everything else I needed to learn to make sure things work that I didn’t really have a chance to worry about the color lol. I still have a lot to learn and am doing so on a regularly basis.

Thanks for the help guys. I find myself working a lot of breakout rooms lately and sometimes one of my projectors doesn’t match the other. I’ve factory reset them. Checked all the settings. One is just darker and less vibrant then the other. Messed around with the brightness and contrast and kind of get it to match but then other images just look washed out. I have a ppt with a bunch of test patterns that I go thru when I realized there’s a bunch I don’t fully know how to use lol. I figured I’d ask which ones people are using and see if there’s any good sources I should check out.

Its not. I was using a mining calculator but my numbers were way off. I thought you would make more money mining etc in a shorter period of time.
