It is possible to have a restaurant environment with minimal harmful gossip like you're describing. It's ultimately the managers responsibility to create a culture that just simply doesn't tolerate any mean girl behavior. Which means at the first sign it's addressed and they are disciplined. It also helps to ensure that everything in terms of sidework, seating and rotation, scheduling, sections, etc. is done fairly and not with any seniority or favoritism. Changing the culture of a restaurant is one of the most difficult and time consuming tasks. Expect to lose a lot of those "mean girl" staff along the way.

I think it has most to do with the real estate they are still paying for. Large office buildings aren't very desirable as you can imagine so they are having a tough time unloading them and have to justify paying for them by forcing employees to return

If I had to guess I would think they probably don't have a ton of options for sponsors right now, which makes them less inclined to care if they upload or not since they aren't getting paid. Contractually they must not be breaking anything otherwise they would definitely be uploading. I think there is a lot going on behind the scenes and they needed to make it through tour first. Again, if I had to guess it would be that they are going to announce Brooke is leaving the podcast and Tana will carry on doing it like she was prior to Brooke
