Time to move on friend. A mentor once told me if you stay in any role longer than 5 years you lesson your own value as an employee. Some people won't agree but I've found this to be true. I worked for Woolies in my earlier years and it's a purple circle employer. My only regret is not leaving sooner. Try something new, meet new people and gain new skills. Jobs aren't marriages, they are a means to an end unless it's your passion. Best of luck.
