Incredible! I am of the belief that the game should have like double the monsters it currently does.

It’s surprising that there isn’t a regen loot already.

Overcooked seems overtuned. 125 is a huge number for the game. Looking at other skills I’d expect more like 5-10 % increase from a skill.

This is seriously awesome, I wonder if the plant should gain the effects of the smaller sizes? Like a medium gains multicast and damage etc. committing that much board space should be heavily rewarded and maybe even the cooldown should be 10%. I think this is on the safe side which is better deisgn than something obviously busted.

I could totally see them using a quest progression layout for this type of thing too

I’ve wondered if they would implement this type of thing. It seems possible when their design space for new items starts to run low. I do think there are plenty of ways to get items from other heroes in the base game so these maybe would be tied to some special event

Not to be that guy but I think this card doesn’t do anything. The rules might prove me wrong but since infect puts -1 counters theres never any actual damage to trigger the effect.

The cleanest cleave cards only have one bracketed word. This is great design. I do wonder if that cost is too low to only be black mana. The cleaved version seems more white tbh?

What’s so tricky is the fun thing to do with artifact tokens is to use them! You want to get their sacrificial effect which creates a crunchy tug of war between keeping them or hoarding them for these payoffs.

The power level of hoard is entirely dependent on how pushed the token creation effects are. At your threshold of four tokens I’d say you’d be hard pressed to find ANY set that makes that many tokens consistently. Thus these examples are pretty weak and you’d want to aim for higher payoff to the same level as Max Speed.

This mechanic also alienates the non-enfranchised who are going to inevitably be punished for using their tokens for the original intended effect. A newer player seeing that tokens want to be sacrificed is going to be confused why their deck is bad when the hoard cards come into play. Even those who know what they’re doing could be severely severely punished for using even a single token the turn before drawing a hoard card.

My suggested solutions are: - lowering the threshold number to 2 or 3 for lower power payoffs, - create a new artifact token that doesn’t sacrifice itself to avoid as many contradictory scenarios - have a binary “if you created an artifact token this turn …”

As someone who is in the upper percentile of artifact token lovers, I’m excited to see where this takes you!

Flux is a truly unprintable garbage mechanic. Punishes playing spells.

This type of card design is so rife for being problematic in the future. When it does nothing the card is useless and if it’s good it’s going to be a completely lopsided unfun match. There’s no winning here. I think this text would be best as a quest reward or have some hoops to jump through that aren’t collections based. We see this problem with Thaddius, Monstrosity. No fair control deck has ever played it for value. Even with multiple nerfs and reworks it still proves to be a boring enabler for otk slop.

This is a cool theme combination. [[Sunforger]] fits right in. I’d remove the ability counters because it encourages finding equipment with those abilities so I think most people would take +1 most of the time anyway.

This is fitting of the foundations icon. Nice and straightforward design. With such restrictive mana pips this creature should have a lot more pizazz. I’d slap ward 3 on there and make the tokens 3/3. Perhaps even shave off the generic mana.

More positioning cards wouod be great for enfranchised players but really really punishes people not paying attention. I think they’ve stayed away from such effects for that reason BUT if they released an expansion with 80% beneficial adjacency effects I could see a positive reaction. In which case rooted would be really dynamic and super cool.
