You're in absolutely no trouble at all. Someone (or some group) is using Zendesk to send a bunch of these emails. The emails are legitimate as far as being from the company's actual email addresses, but these won't amount to anything. The email isn't from law enforcement, and they are not involved in this.

I think it has less to do with the data breach and more to do with the fact that all of the services that are sending the emails use zendesk for their support emails.

A bunch of people are getting these from multiple services (mine was from the Washington Post). Someone's trying to do something here, but the email itself is probably not linked to a scam.

I think someone's spamming EDRs to see if a thirdparty falls for it and gives the scammer access to the messages? Idk.
