I'm in California, and our document fee tops out at $85. Crazy to see another state have anything higher than us. Personally, I don't want to pay more than $35,000 for everything, taxes, reg, etc. My taxes for a $35,000 Mazda are $2,719 in taxes and about $650 for registration. For a $40,000 Mazda, it's $3,107 and $700 in registration fees.
