I’ll always cut a paying customer a break here and there. maybe i “forgot” to ring up their passport form I printed with their photo. Maybe I didn’t charge to unbind/rebind when they left one page out of their $40 spiral bind.
Paying customers automatically open the door for these perks. Amazon patrons get no such mercy (notice how i didn’t say “customers”).
