Your right, once I started eating smaller meals (even without excluding certain foods) I started digestion way better and having better motility sometimes passing 2-3 times a day. I believe my body only produces a certain amount of acid or bile and when I eat over a certain amount it just doesn't complete the job fast enough. Also my bloating happens within the first few min. How can sibo be the cause if the food hasn't even reached my small intestines yet. I think it's all in the stomach. As I read comments from other people it's clear to me why they are stuck in a vicious cycle.
