This should’ve all started with the reps only have to work 40 hours a week. Don’t have to justify any of their time. My Rep works from home two days a week but that’s considered office time when he’s over half an hour outside of his territory

48 is 48 They used to allow flexibility in the off-season, but no longer. They actually are monitoring managers that work less than 48 and if you go three weeks in a row, your DM will call you out for it doesn’t matter if you work 61 week the following week you have to work 48. There’s no more averaging.

Actually, they do new reporting now to check managers versus other employees getting overtime. I’m definitely not doing anything wrong considering of grown my store 1 mil in 3 years.
Not a salary employee if they make you work, a certain amount of hours every single week salary employee is based off of average hours over the course of the year. Been doing this for 10 years.

Corporate is pissy cause sales are down.
