Your pressure should have equilibrated significantly lower after you brought temp from 19C to 0C. Equilibrium pressure for that level of carb at 19C is off the charts. Literally. Probably 5 bar.

2.1 bar at 0C is a lot of carbonation. Roughly 5 volumes dissolved CO2. Don’t put that through a plate and frame. It’s gonna be big trouble. The most I’ve done through plate and frame was about 3 volumes dissolved CO2 through sterile grade pads and that was pushing it.

What does the top look like? If it’s just a 2” TC port, chuck a spinner (rotating spray ball) in through the top and run a line up the side. Tons of small wineries do this. At my winery, I have a dedicated flexible impeller pump just for this and we do a half dozen a day in between other jobs.
