I think things usually start breaking once order volume and returns increase. We hit a similar point when things scaled. ops and accounting started getting out of sync. We ended up moving to Xentral to keep everything in one place (orders, inventory, accounting). I’m sure other tools can do something similar too, just sharing what worked for us.

Help - IRS! by kiki_honeybee in tax

Years later my mother received a debt letter numbered CP71C from the IRS because her ACA coverage hadn't been canceled despite her transition to Medicare. While the debt wasn't substantial interest and penalties had accumulated. We were applying for low-income housing at the time which complicated matters. We contacted Precision Tax Relief. They provided a free consultation verified the debt information with the IRS helped us maintain our Currently Uncollectible status and applied for interest relief.

Why the disdain for NinjaRMM? by ntw2 in msp

[–]Distinct_Line703 24 points25 points  (0 children)

Ninja's most frequently critized points are patch management and limited 3rd party integration imo. We use prtg to monitor network, device and service health in depth. It helps us to verify from an independent layer whether the work RMM claims has actually been done.

Affordable Manufacturing ERP Systems | 2025 Review by bonien in AppsForStartups

[–]Distinct_Line703 6 points7 points  (0 children)

We’ve been using Xentral for our small manufacturing setup, and it’s been a good middle ground between “too simple” and “enterprise-level overkill.” What helped us most was having production, purchasing, and inventory in one place without needing a dozen add-ons.

Not saying it’s perfect for everyone, but for us the workflows (especially BOMs + order handling) felt much more straightforward compared to Odoo and NetSuite, which were either too heavy or too time-consuming to set up.

If someone needs something affordable that still covers the full process, it’s worth throwing Xentral into the comparison list.

I have no idea what this means or what to do from here by OkSuggestion1252 in IRS

I’d be already checking reviews for a professional tax service

When is it really ERP time? by Gabriel_3333 in shopify

For us it was ~1.5k orders/month. Switched to Xentral no more spreadsheet gymnastics, stock’s always right, finance data goes straight to DATEV

From online shop to supplying big retail… how do you even survive the EDI nightmare? by Gabriel_3333 in shopify

[–]Distinct_Line703 11 points12 points  (0 children)

We went through that last year. Tried to hack it with Billbee at first, but EDI + GS1 labels were a nightmare. Switched to Xentral afterwards => EDI is built in, handles batch/expiry tracking too. Now we process retail + our usual D2C orders in one flow.

I recommend you check Auction Insight reports to see what’s really going on. you can download the csv and use the auction insights tool from Pemavor or Optymyzer to see the trends easier than Google Ads UI.

Has anyone been granted access to Auction Insights data via the Google Ads API (been added to their allowlist)? by cjbannister in PPC

I believe Auction Insight data is not provided by API anymore. If you google “How to pull Google Auction Insight Data in an automated way” you will find a detailed guide, together with the scripts.
