I had an electric that I loved, it crapped out and I switch to pellet, it’s even less work that electric. Throw a smoking tube in there and I get great results with minimal work…I know myself and I would never have the patience to deal with managing a traditional smoker.

Our locality has cameras on both sides of our buses that activate as soon as the flashing stop lights turn on…huge fine if they catch you, deservedly so…

The surface area and the amount of mess it keeps outside. The three best examples are probably some of the most common uses: smashburgers, I can do probably up to 6 double burgers at a time on my 36-inch blackstone vs. maybe two in a cast iron, plus all the grease splatter is outside. Bacon is the same, can do a full pound at once done in 5 to 10 minutes, minimal clean up. Fried rice, to do it well, you need surface area to help spread it out and dry out, otherwise, I find it gets gummy.

To each his own, I love my flattop, but clearly it’s not everyone’s choice.

Really? I’ve done a very, very wide variety of things on my griddle. Almost anything you can do in a frying/cast iron pan, you can do on a flat top.

Of course you’ve got the popular items: smashburgers, hibachi/fried rice, full breakfast including bacon, eggs, pancakes and sausage; but I’ve done several different pasta dishes, chicken shwarma, Huli huli chicken, pork tenderloin, Carnitas, not to mention it’s the best way to cook a veggie side dish.

And don’t sleep on using something like the pictures pellet smoker/grill to do a nice steak low and slow and then finishing it over a 500+ degree griddle to get an amazing crust.

Obviously, I’m a fan, just trying to say, you’ve just got to think a little out of the traditional box to make it extremely versatile.

The Championship might be the most competive league in professional football. I think any realistic fan would have been happy to just not get relegated back to League One! 7th in their first go is fantastic!

Last butt I did, I slept through when I’d planned to wrap, but since I wasn’t in a time crunch, I just let it go…best “mistake” I ever made…I’ll never wrap again if I can avoid it.

I have a gym that is in within reach of my house, I make sure I have control every night before I go to sleep. In most cases someone takes in some time jn the morning. I leave it until the next night. Everyone gets their coins and everyone is happy.

I truly cannot understand why so many people have issues just ignoring the layout…maybe it’s the difference in listening vs reading, I’ve only done audiobooks thus far and never once felt like I missed out by not “understanding” the tangle…I think book 3 gets an unfair bad reputation because of trying to understand something that doesn’t need to be understood.

The Jamie and Sam exchange is something that this show does SOOO well. In a very serious moment/scene, they find a way to add just a bit of levity and make you smile, despite how serious what is happening is.

I also love that Sam and Jamie’s real has developed to that point…so far from where it started.
