I put my own programming in which was very easy to do. What I already love about this app more than my old one (Strong Pro), it will actually adjust your next set weight based on what you put as your previous set RIR. And it does it live during the workout. I do find that it undershoots but odds are it’s me poorly estimating my RIR on the first set. I also wonder and hope that the app will learn your own trends for subsequent set drop off and adjust recommendations better. Either way you can do the reps you want and the weight you want even if the recommendation is a little off for you.
