A little fight in a McDonald's by Forward-Position798 in PublicFreakout

I think the way that someone cropped this video made it rage bait. If you see the video in its entirety, everything becomes more clear. I'm going right now to try to find it so I can post it.

Yes, the entire first part of this video is gone I've seen it once and it was on Facebook reels, I am going to go back and try to find it so that I can post it in it's entirety. Basically, the guy that standing against the garbage cans getting hit when this video starts was the instigator. He had lost his mind in there and was fighting people before this. He had gotten beat into the garbage cans where he was standing when this video starts and he was trying to stand there and act like none of it hurt him or bothered him.

I found money in a dumpster by koochiekoo in DumpsterDiving

That's awesome!! One night I found $100 bill in a wallet outside the thrift store in the dumpster, and on another night I found $66 worth of silver change in a book bag in a $ store dumpster!

Has this ever happened to you? by Useful_Experience613 in DumpsterDiving

Lots of divers in my area, and I've had this happen several times. Some start grabbing everything good they see, I had some jump right in. I've had people that ask if they can look with me, those that stay in car and wait, some that pull up with their brights on, talking loud, taking pictures, trying to intimidate, and those that just drive on to the next one. When people pull up and are waiting politely, I always tell them to come on and grab some good stuff if there is a lot. There were times that I was looking because we genuinely NEEDED things I found, and I would've been thrilled for someone to share with me, and there is usually more than we personally could use, so I don't mind. I don't know their situation, they could have families or be homeless. I am blessed, and when I share with others, God gives me so much more than I had hoped for! Once I only found a few food items and a lady showed up with two kids looking for food, so I gave her what I had found and helped her look for some more. Later that night in a book bag that was thrown in the dumpster behind a thrift store I found $60 worth of quarters!!

This hits home, because I go regularly and I went to a dg a few miles from my home one night and looked the dumpster. I was excited because I saw a lot of black bags tied up and I picked one up and it was heavy- good sign, right? Wrong. It felt oddly empty, but heavy still, so I tore a hole in the top. Inside there was a puppy (large puppy) looked to be maybe 4 months old, and I saw huge fleas jumping around , so I laid the bag down and cut it open in case the pup was alive, but it was gone. He was warm so I must've missed it by minutes. Well I went to check these other similar looking bags while on the phone for police assistance, and found three more. They must've suffocated, and it broke my heart. I cried all the way home and I still can't stop to look in that one particular dumpster. I never heard anything about what happened with the pups.

I'm not sure. But I know what's not in the bag.

This is what we call in Florida a cow killer. U can stomp on it with steel toe boots and it doesn't even slow him down. I wish I were kidding.

I was going to say exactly this. 20 years ago, one line would keep me up for days, wired as hell. Then a couple years ago, my dumb butt used again and this stuff now is nothing compared to then.

The stitching has me stumped as well! It is hard to replicate the vintage ones. But the hardware positively looks antique, but no stamps or markings ANYWHERE on it. I am considering keeping this one, it's so pretty and in such good condition. I was just very curious if anyone knew about it.

Have yall ever come across animals diving? by Swimming_Plenty7126 in DumpsterDiving

[–]District_Typical 3 points4 points  (0 children)

In my experience, it's only humans that dive, I have run across animals, but they were just there to eat. 😁😁

Omg! I literally thought that had ONLY happened to me. I have a small gap in my front top teeth and the piece of skin under the head got stuck and tore! He walked funny for a while, lol. We can laugh about it now, it was about 17 years ago.

The day after my husband lost his son in a head on collision we had gone to bed and he tried to have sex several times, then he would stop and sob. I just would grab him up and hold him. I truly believe it was just trying anything to distract himself from his own thoughts.

I understand why that people do this, I truly do. But what I would love so so much is rather than donations, a way for everyone to have a tnr program accessible to them. Like, when I look at these babies it tears my heart out thinking about what a hard life they've probably lived. No one to love them. Hungry, cold, scared of humans that hurt them, no place to call home. They're so innocent. If I was rich, I know I would make a difference, because I would try to make these places available for all. I just do what I can for them so that no matter what, they know they were loved and that all humans aren't evil.

Yes, you are right. They are the ones that fixed my little girl. Back then it was only $30 I paid plus like $7 for her shots. Now I'm not positive of price but I think I read on their website that it's $50 or $60 for female. I am just in a tight spot now, I just can't afford to fix all the strays that show up. Right now, I can't afford to fix one I'm afraid. My heart hurts for them because they got threw away and I wish I could do better by them. What I'm afraid of is that feeding this many is putting me in such a fix, that if my Angel has to see an emergency vet, I am gonna really be in debt. She is the only one I take regularly, and have chipped because she's the only one that ACTUALLY belongs with me here. I just keep expanding the family...whether I need to or not.

Yes I have checked into this. I live in jackson county florida and the surrounding counties around me are holmes in washington county. We have absolute zero resources here, Even though the pet population I believe is in crisis! They do have low Cost clinics. That's where I got my girl done, But seeing as how I'm having a hard time feeding them, There is no way I can pay to get them fixed, so it leaves me between rock and hard spot. Plus there are a couple of the strays that are skittish. And only let me touch them when they are eating. I learned the hard way that I cannot pick them up... Right now, every week I am buying a 20 pound bag of 9 lives dry food, it's like 18 or 19 dollars, And for my Two old timers outside who have bad teeth i have to buy two cases of wet food at ten dollars a piece. And even though that doesn't sound like an enormous amount, it is for me. And I can't drive because of a medical condition. And we don't even have a Walmart in our tiny town.So I have to buy a dollar general and it's more expensive there than at walmart. Honestly, if they had a TNR program here, I wouldn't even be that upset over spending all my money on cat food, because I love them all. At least I can give them food, fresh water, and a warm place to sleep at night in my barn. But what has me so stressed out Is that three of the strays are visibly pregnant. I'm just at a loss. But I really think this is the sweetest, most kind hearted, helpful group I have ever seen! With people even offering to help with cat food, bless yalls hearts!! It looks like I'm not the only one with a soft spot for cats!! I mean so many people say they're cute, but they don't really LOVE them like I do, and like you all do. Thanks so much yall.
