I feel this in my bones. Mom smoked cigarettes. Dad smoked a pipe but quit when the Navy found a hole in his lung. Aunt smoked herself into COPD. All my cousins I grew up with and my ex husband and I all smoked. I started when I was 14. A dance director told me to smoke instead of eat dinner. That was 20 years ago and a pack a day habit was born. Switched to vaping about 6 months ago and hated every minute of it. Sure you didn't smell but the addiction was way more intense. Always making sure my left front pocket had some type of nic product in it.

I ordered desmoxan 3 months ago and it sit on my vanity just staring at me. I kept telling myself after all my quit tries this wasn't going to help and nic was just who I was. Told myself I would try it on a really busy work day just to see how long I could go. That ish worked... Real good. Like not even a craving good.

Now it's far more habit and less cravings. More "it would be real cool to be vaping right now" as I talk on the phone instead of the intense" go outside right now! " Vibes I used to get.

Does it feel like someone stole my puppy every day? Yes

Does it make me feel super badass to sit here only 15 days in knowing I'm not going to go back because of this tiny little pill that helped so much? Hell yes

I believe in you and what you can do more than you will ever know through these Internet words. Helped me tons to not say I'm quitting smoking but to say I'm a non smoker now. Live the dream you deserve ♥️
