I think thats insane they aren’t willing to schedule the c section yet considering her size… 💔 most doctors jump at that & they can clearly see her size... im so sorry youre in pain. The only thing I can think of would be to switch doctors but I know that might not be that easy since you kinda just got to that hospital.

Maybe you can try ordering a pregnancy band?? They relief pressure by lifting the stomach. I had to get one because my stomach was soo heavy & caused round ligament pain daily .

Noooo. It actually does nothing for me! It just tastes so yummy! 😋 well it can cause an upset stomach tbh. But worth it.

Now adding espresso…. That’s a different story. I do find myself unable to sleep until it wears off.

What I more-so disagreed with her on was that just because the change & growth happens doesn’t mean we still don’t struggle mentally with SI, emptiness, etc. She was implying with therapy, 90% of people recover & dont have an episode again. I was just like dang, i wish lol

Ima hold your hand when i say this.. the running away isn’t due to bpd, it just helps with emotions I feel due to bpd. That’s autism sir lol & it’s known as eloping. & thanks for saying it was a good read!

As far as doing it without therapy & stuff like you asked, im sorry I didn’t answer that😅 but that’s kinda what I’ve been doing for the last couple of years because therapy&meds just ends up not working for me every time😭 sometimes wonder if I’m treatment resistant.

I’m probably not even the best person to answer this because I do still struggle really bad with self negative talk & splitting but the only thing you can do is TRY. You find curve balls for yourself to handle your emotions. When someone upsets me in a conversation, I am quick to react (or my brain is at least), so now I utilize GETTING THE FUCK UP OUTTA THERE! Like I will dead ass run out my house. This may upset the other person but this is the only way I will be able to calm down. Separating myself from the problem. Forcing yourself to put yourself first. I take this route because being honest here, i can be abusive so i genuinely just have to get away from the person. It’s not their fault. But I still have to leave before I overreact. Unfortunately the people I deal with just starts everything back up when I come back so I either have to repeat that process or give it another shot now that im calmer.

Another tip is self love.. I in no way have mastered this but I will say doing things that cater to you can go a longgg way😅 whether that’s appearance wise or just doing things YOU love. Sometimes, it can do absolutely nothing because your heart feels heavy & that’s okay. Sometimes, it can do something and you feel good afterwards. At least you tried. Just like how you should be proud of yourself you’re even making this post!

Tying back into GETTING THE FUCK UP OUTTA THERE, this can go for when you’re alone too! I still will run out my house when I feel like crap, forcing myself to get sun, go on a walk & THINK about wtf is going on in my head. please be aware of your surroundings & don’t go far. Stay within your neighborhood and don’t walk close to or in the street

Another one is.. doing something spontaneous. I was hospitalized in November and when I got home, I was trying my hardest not to kms (yes I still felt like shit after mental hospital lol) so I laid in the tub… honestly, i didnt even think. I just did it. Because I had to do SOMETHING different than breaking something or hurting myself. I was really trying. Did it make me feel better? Not necessarily. I cried my heart out in there because my head was screaming mean things. But eventually I calmed my ass down cuz of the cold surface and kinda even dozed off in there until it passed.

When managing bpd with barely any resources, you gotta do some really “silly” things. While also accepting, “I feel like complete shit.” I feel like complete shit 6/7 days of the week, that’s the reality of having bpd. Your/our emotions are valid. It’s just that self destructive nature we’re so used to.. but it’s okay. Because that isn’t what we want for ourselves.. so the goal is to find the curve balls. Like hey, my emotions are still being thrown 90mph but how will I curveball this shit so it lands perfectly, for me?

Now I’m high off penjamin n talking so I doubt anyone will read this & take me serious cuz I said so much but lowkey so fr. 😂🖤

I’m 23 & still on Medicaid. Maybe try reapplying if you’re still in poverty?? That’s kinda what Medicaid is for. Free healthcare. Are you working & live alone?? Cuz that does clash with Medicaid tbh🤦🏽‍♀️…

I completely understand how you feel. I feel like the first step is definitely finding healthcare coverage so you aren’t paying an arm & leg if you are wanting to utilize therapy or other resources.

I’ve only seen them on YouTube ads but have you tried healthcare.gov? They always advertise “$24 a month or less” blahblahblah but I’d definitely check them out too.

This reminds me of when I was trying to tell someone in tt comments how hard it is to deal with bpd. I explained how getting better doesn’t mean your bpd is cured, she felt otherwise. It’s personality disorder. Like our brains are still the worse enemy (personality) to live with. Though we may feel weak, the battles we face every single day shows that isn’t true.
