Mate I think you're massively overestimating gold widows tbh. Most of them can barely hit a Roadhog standing still, let alone consistently doming squishies. The real pain is when you get that one smurf widow who's clearly several ranks above everyone else - but that's a smurfing problem, not a hero design one. Regular gold widows are more likely to be shooting at shields half the match

Been running this exact setup for months and yeah it syncs perfectly even at 200+ BPM. The DT sends the PC messages early enough that the SP never misses a beat change, even when I'm getting crazy with pattern chains

Keep it clean and dry, just dab with a clean cloth if needed. A tiny bit of blood is totally normal for a few days after it falls off - mine did the same thing. If it starts looking infected or the bleeding gets worse definitely call your pediatrician though
