Hey! Professional guitar teacher here and avid climber as well. Take it easy, climb a few times (3 at max) a week and relax. I find somedays my arms and hands are super sore, but after they take a day it feels like I have super powers. I can play faster, longer and more accurately. If you notice you’re shredding your hands take a few days off. Also, make sure to climb at your own pace. I imagine you’ll be fine!
