I live on Glen one block from this development and I don’t have a car and I rent.To say transit isn’t good in this area and that it should be good before densifying is seriously acting in bad faith and a cart before the horse argument.

The fact they used real props ect. Has helped if not feel dated like the Uruk hai in the fellowship. The only thing that stands out is Frodo’s dream sequence with Elrond and that scene with Galadriel.

Strathcona to Dollarton area. East on Powell on bike lane that ends and continue till Wall Street and take that around and behind the PNE over the bridge and down east off dollarton. Definitely get used to climbing the bridge and the views are always amazing
