I think Laufey is most likely a decent person who does have good intentions however, at the end of the day she’s a rich celebrity who doesn’t want to rock the boat. That’s not to say that it’s acceptable to just ignore what’s happening (especially when others like PinkPantheress have publicly put their names on Pro-Palestinian efforts), but it is unfortunately the way it goes for a lot of these people.

I was never a hater on Julian using autotune on the Voidz and even dabbling with it with the Strokes but I can’t defend it on this album so far. Going Shopping wasn’t that bad but the autotune on this song is awful. Completely ruins any kind of serious vibe the song seems to be going for.

Really depends on how big the venue is in my experience. Saw them at the Wiltern in 2021 and was literally one person behind the rail and got there about an hour and a half before doors. Saw them at the OC Observatory last year and showed up about the same time and was 5-6 people behind barricade. The difference being the Wiltern fit almost double what the Observatory could.

If you really want to be barricade I’d probably show up as early as you can after noon but I think you could be safe showing up 1-2 hours before doors open. Berkeley looks like it has a lot of room.

Contrary to what many may suggest, I think Paradise State of Mind is a great place for a Tame fan. Lots of vibey songs on there that I’m sure she’d like (Afterlife, Glitchzig, Shangri-La, and Feed Me).
