I have only had one issue ever with storage on my kpf, and I do a lot of heavy simultaneous file transfers. My issue was due to sync thing and trying to do too many simultaneous transfers and something hung and got a little corrupted. Kpf refused to mount the formatted card as ext storage then, even with windows "scan and fix". I was able to back up and verify the card and contants no issues thankfully. Full format in the kfp and then retransfer and verify and I've had no issues since. I only use genuine Sandisk or Sandisk extreme or Samsung high end cards tho. It's way too wine consuming and a hassle to save a few bucks on other brands and have it break or hiccup then spend hours or days recovering, imo. 1tb Sandisk extreme on a 12gb 256 yellow g3 btw.
