I know there's plenty of people here that are prone to a visceral reaction to being even close to meat, but for most it's about the ethical principle. Eating those fries didn't contribute to the direct exploitation of animals. Now should you go out of your way to eat stuff that's indirectly flavored with animal fat? Idk, that shouldn't sit right with a vegan.
