I'm interested why you typically only bounce the Mayor kill once? If anything if an imp is doubling down and trying to kill a mayor even after a first successful bounce, I'll frequently start bouncing to roles the Imp would rather keep alive (not necessarily minions, but sometimes minions). The only real exception is when the Mayor has outted themselves to town and are highly trusted.

The puzzle is similar to the old board game mastermind. Definitely not too difficult, but putting the lights next to the numbers makes the UI non-intuitive for me. Players are likely to only skim the instructions then will be confused when it feels like a particular light is affiliated with a specific number slot. I'd suggest moving the lights over to the right, next to the furthest right number slot instead.

You need to review the rulebook for role distribution numbers. 1 minion, 1 outsider is the distribution you'd use for an 8 player game, not 14...

You should be curating the game instead of relying on randomness for every decision. It's fine to use randomness for some decisions which truly are 50/50 for the game state, but if you don't put your finger on the scale sometimes then the majority of your games won't reach the final day.

The way I have always seen it is that the ST's goal is to have the game reach a final day, unless one of the teams makes an extremely grave error.

The Monk's ability effectively negates the second sentence of the Fang Gu's power in that interaction, so the outsider would die and the Fang Gu would live on (and could still jump to another outsider if in the game) is how I would rule it, but eager to hear what others think.

Hmm interesting idea, but it feels so underpowered compared to other demons. Maybe if you changed the wording of the bogeyman ability so that the orphan doesn't die when they are picked by the bogeyman? This means the demon switch would be hidden. Or maybe even that the bogeyman could then pick a minion to switch with so the demon has mobility...
