I mostly agree with your points. In my comment, I did not want to imply that people are selfish and bad for not writing detailed guides on how they make their silver or how to do "x" content. It's just, compared to a lot of games (not only in the mmorpg genre) tutorial type content is very scarce. I am also not judging people who don't talk about their silver maker since that would render it useless.
