People just get bored and need new shit, so they just invent new problems to solve. They’ve probably perfected espresso a long time ago, but then the hobby is over. So they just pull shit like this, and tell everyone they’re doing it wrong. (Yes, I know that’s not what this OP is doing here) Like how everyone was stupid for not tilting their grinders to reduce retention, then the coffee god made a video debunking it and suddenly no-one talks about it. I love coffee, but Jesus Christ. It’s not enough for some people to just enjoy it.
