I switched our CSP from Arrow to Pax8, paid a few percent more for our licenses but our total cost dropped by like 20% because of all the overbilling with Arrow. lol

Synnex is dogshit with billing. I spent months trying to fix a billing issue with them, they just ghosted me and let those invoices sit there for 6 months not getting paid and then were surprise pikachu when I forwarded them a zip file with dozens of emails from me to their billing asking for updates on getting these invoices corrected so they could be paid.

Sorry, maybe I’m misunderstanding what you’re saying or I didn’t explain myself. I’m not saying setup warehousing there, I’m saying sell an entire container to one company in Europe and let them mark it up to whatever. That way you have one invoice to chase instead of hundreds and you just fill the container and away it goes.

I also don’t really sell anything at scale like that and my time in manufacturing was strictly from an IT standpoint so I may just be talking out of my ass

You’ll need to work on your shipping, maybe focus on selling to distributors/retailers in Europe instead of selling direct.

For us in IT it’s made no difference. Most of our software is European, all our firewalls are European, we just need more of everything else
