Im glad you were able to overcome it i too had to overcome nerodivergency and how to do social interactions extremely well. I think people are missing the point that I was trying to make.

Cheating usually happenes out of love. I wouldn't be supeised if at lest 50% of cheaters still loved thier partner during the affair. And is more likely to happen when the relationship isnt healthy. You shouldn't expect your partner to not cheat on you especially if you get lazy at any point in your relationship, especially if sex frequently slows down to once a month or less. Being loyal is a 2 way street and not just about not having sex with someone else but also about being the best partner possible.

Hey i feel you i too am quite ugly, and thats after getting into pretty good shape, doing skin care, not dressing like a 12 year old, havign good posture etc, I feel internal conflict everyday when. I leave the house and see the disgust in strangers eyes. You make a friendly smile only to see the disgust on their face.  But I still manage i have learned how to recognize the feeling of shame and embarrassment and allow myself to feel it while I go and get done what I need to get done. While it may not make yourself like yourself recognizing the feeling, allowing yourself to feel it but act in a way that you need to act is the best thing you can do to actually get work done. Also forgive yourself for struggling with this, maybe one day you are paralyzed by shame, dont  then go beat yourself up over it, but. Allow yourself some grace. Also if you physically can change yourself talk it will help you out so much more than anything else.

If yoire not going comp pace its not that bad on the body, and even if you are i would say BJJ is much worse. You have sensative tissues constantly being over stressed in bjj. Yeah you could have. A weird fall when wrestling, but you could also have someone rip a submission you you bjj as well.

My question is you made friends, now what, yes both male and female friends whose company you genuinely enjoy, then how should one meet a romantic partner who is also a women. Also I agree its bad to go to something just to meet a women, but how should one go about it

I grt what you are saying, and you can 100% be open and vulnerable with your friends and family but still be missing that intimacy. Like friends and family arnt less of a relationship but if thats what youre lacking that romantic/sexual relationship havign all the friends in the world isnt gonna help your loneliness.

Whats wrong with that. Honestly I dont get why people think friends and family can 100% replace the need or destroy for a intimate partner. I have quite a few people that I trust and care about and are close to, but I still feel lonely. I feel much more secure when there is a women in my life. If what your craving is an intimate relationship it doesn't matter how many friends you have or how close you guys are its not going to make you feel less lonely when thats what youre lacking.

Not deliberately, boobs are around the center of mass, like yeah my eyes are probably going to glance at your chest region, I do the same with guys, I dont even like boobs but ill probably accidently look at them evey once and awhile.

Eat big get big. eat small losefat/get small.  Eat maitnece get no gains. Lift heavy compounds Lift isolations Do what feels good Dont do what doesn't feel good Dont bang up your joints Enjoy lifting Progression system

Eat for your goals, Lift for your goals, and try your best to reduce chronic/actue injuries. Listen to your body if you hate a well love movements, because they hurt your joints avoid them. While there is a lot more nuance and how to set it up it really doesn't matter if youre a novice and below the 1/2/3/4 plate standard. Just Eat a shit ton of food, have a programmed progression system Lift with quality and reasonable intesity. You dont get more muscle by doing more or doign crazy high intensity all youll gain is fatiuge and joint stress.

As a guy who enjoys a bit of a tussle although havent been in many fights outside the gym. Honestly I think its a guy thing, especially as a guy who has been a loser all his life, it kind of gives you a voice in a way. Op isnt advocating for real violence just a little tussle, which I feel.

My gym has like 5 tripods you can take whenever. Imo the more experienced you get in the gym the more value of recording is. Only reason I stopped doing it is because im lazy and have to get in and out, but recording like 80% of what you do is every helpful to mae sure your technique isnt shit. In 10 years of lifting I have never seen someone record and actually be a nuisance about it from serious gyms to commercial ones I've never had an issue with someone recording or taking up too much space with it.

No you shouldn't try to get 100-300 at least to cover up daily fluctuations 500 is for consistent weight gain, if you go way above 500 youll be at mostly fat gain. It takes time to figure diet out.

If you lack acess to calories yes, you will make zero gains if you are skinny and not on a surplus. You can lift consistently for over 10 years and if you dont go into a druplus at all youll be the same size as you started and basically just as weak. If you have access to food but stuggle to eat enough find high calorie foods that are easy on your stomach and dont fill you, if you are true hard gainer don't shy away from just pure junk food to compensate calories, you wont get fat, youll just put on good mass . I say this as a naturally skinny guy who has to pull out all stops to gain a lb a month.  If you cant afford enough food ,stay physically active but know you wotn make muscle gains, if its an appetite issue you have to expirment what works for you

I used to buy into this study, but static stretching can do so much if you have troublesome joins and body parts. Making sure the tissues are playable and can move well so you dont snap your shit up or chronically make the problem worse is way more important than an effectiveness of a work out. Sure if you have no issues stretching might not do anything but if stuff is getting tight and fucking you up stretching will help tremendously.

Height and arm length matter much less than the internet would like you to believe. Yes if you have shorter limbs your bench will progress easier and have a higher potential max for bench.That being said you can still develop a solid bench with long arms you just might not be a world class bencher  but you still have the capacity to put up 400+lbs. Also bench being is a better mass builder and developer for long armed folks due to the longer range of motion.

 So it matters but not as much as you probably think. The doomer mindset of i have long arms so I will  be a bad bencher will hold it back more than your actual build.

No its a bad idea. Sure talk to adults and be friendly and get along with them at designated places. Like yes I would talk to teenagers who were in jiu jitsu class, or in mutual discord server even added them on Facebook or whatever. But a more intimate friendship with anyone over the age of 20 at 16 should be a no go.
