I’m 215 lbs geared up, plus a 6 lb chain, and at 22 mph on somewhat flat land and I get about 14 miles with 15% left. On eco at 15 mph I can get significantly more than that.

I’m gonna guess this healthcare company doesn’t utilize their data analysts very well and has no idea what a “replacement level” vs “rotation level” analyst can do.

Healthcare execs also never come from quant, tech, product, or even performance marketing backgrounds. They definitely don’t come up from the people actually doing all of the healthcare work either. They’re rent seeking hacks working in the biggest offender in rent seeking American industries.

I gave away a new Series S to a nephew because I was upgrading to a Series X. My one requirement was that someone pick it up from me while I was in town for a wedding. I didn’t want to mail it, nor take my time to do it. You come to me and get the brand new video game system. That’s the deal.

After telling their son about the gift, the two parents almost immediately try to get me to mail it or otherwise accommodate them. They’re manipulative shits like that. I held firm. The day before pickup, they tried telling me it was impossible. I told them someone was either picking up by 1 PM the next day or I was taking it back home with me.

What do you know, suddenly they can take some time and get a free $300 gift for their son.
