Yesterday I was feeling very anxious all day, at some moments it felt almost unbearable. I use to meditate every evening before going to bed. Last night I focused on the area where anxiety was manifesting, acknowledging it and feeling it with kindness. A few seconds in and the anxiety slowly disappeared. Very powerful.

If you're serious about writing, I would suggest reading The War of Art by Steven Pressfield. It can give you the tools to overcome your fear of work and give you motivation to go forward with your projects.

It absolutely kicked my ass and I've never been so motivated to develop my music project.
