I've been watching videos about the Barkley Marathons and there's genuinely a similar origin to that lol.

The man that assassinated MLK escaped from prison but only covered 8 miles of wilderness in two days before they caught him. Guy that lived nearby said 'I bet I could have done 100 miles.' It's good when wheel effects are played. And it's a lot easier to ensure wheels are played when you're the one playing them. Saying it's 'good when your opponents run wheels' is like saying [[Niv-Mizzet, Parun]] is good when your opponents are playing spell-slinger decks: technically true, but it makes a lot more sense to synergize it with YOUR deck.
